Litoral Hotel began its journey in 1983, when the family acquired a hotel that was still under construction. More than finishing a building, this was the start of a project built on hard work and dedication — and on the wish to create a place where people would feel truly welcome.
From the very beginning, Litoral Hotel was a family project. Every season was prepared together, with care and a commitment to offering a warm experience to everyone who arrived.

The first years brought a challenge common to every new venture: earning the trust of guests.
With no returning customers yet, every season was a chance to build new relationships. Over the years, that commitment was rewarded with the trust of families who began to come back summer after summer.
Some first came on their honeymoon. Today they return with their children and, in many cases, their grandchildren. Stories that grew together with the hotel’s own.

Over the past decades, the town itself has also been transformed.
The town’s emancipation, the arrival of the Estrada do Mar and the Rota do Sol highways, and the region’s development marked a new phase for Arroio do Sal. Litoral Hotel followed that evolution, renewing its facilities and adapting to each era — without losing what has always defined its essence.
